APATITE CRYSTAL WITH INCLUSIONS

Apatite from the Panasqueira Mine is a classic mine for some of the most loved Apatite crystals. Crystals like this one, showing the phantom inside a green core and the textbook shape of the crystal, make for a good example from the area. An unknown inclusion give a fibrous like inclusion and organic feel. This crystal has a great shape and size with nice clarity measuring approx 2.5 cm x 2.8 cm by 1.5 cm and weighs 24.8 grams
